"The Modern Farmhouse was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! My husband and I came from the East Coast for our wedding and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The photos are beautiful but the home is even better than the photos. Everything was perfectly cleaned and well-organized, there were tons of appliances, lots to do both at the house and in nearby Old Town and Fashion Square, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect too - super close to Old Town Scottsdale, DBG, hiking, Phoenix, etc and there was a great walking trail down the street! The lighting in the space is stunning - it felt very bright and inviting! Not to mention the beds and sheets were beyond comfortable. The backyard was so nice to relax in the mornings and evenings by the fire pit and have a coffee or a cocktail. Tia and her team really thought of everything. I couldn’t recommend Tia’s Airbnb enough!!! We will be back!"

"The Modern Farmhouse is a fabulous place to stay. Everything looks like it is brand new! The coffee bar, snack basket, and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel is beyond extra. We built a campfire in the backyard & had s'mores, which was a super relaxing way to end the day. The location is also perfect. "I'm a frequent traveler and consider myself pretty picky - this place absolutely checked all my boxes of what I want when I stay at a property. Every detail down to the robes, bathroom amenities, comfortable beds and washer and dryer. From the moment I walked in I was impressed with the love and attention to detail this host shows. They care about their property and the people that stay there. They have thought of everything one may need - even some snacks and bottles of water and wine I didn't know I needed until I got there - lol. The hot tub was relaxing and private and I used it a few times a day. The grill is large enough to make a family meal and perfect even to just make something for one person like I did. The fire pit has wood ready and comfortable chairs around to enjoy a fire on those cool evenings. Close to everything from grocery, to restaurants to Old Town - you'll never be looking for something to do. I'd highly recommend and they will see me again! Don't hesitate Book!"

"The property is light, bright and airy. Everything was clean and fresh. The location worked great for us, as it was close to great restaurants and activities. "I can’t say enough great things about Tia and her beautiful home. First off she is extremely communicative, friendly, helpful and considerate. She allowed us to check in early due to our early flight and allowed us to have a package delivered a day before we arrived for my best friend’s bachelorette party. When we arrived the house looks just like the pictures, and perfectly located only 15mins from the airport and 10 mins from the strip. She welcomed us with beautiful bachelorette themed cookies, champagne,/OJ for mimosas, white claws and a personalized card congratulating the new bride to be. Super sweet and the cookies were amazing! The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen stacked with coffee/ tea and all sorts of appliances. She has toiletries in both bathrooms and games for us to play. The yard was perfect! grill, hot tub and fire-pit ready for use. The house was the best part of the stay! "We had a WONDERFUL stay at the Modern Farmhouse. Living at the beach in Lewes DE, we were not all that familiar with Scottsdale AZ. My daughter signed up for her first marathon in Tempe so we decided to make a family vacation out of it. There were 6 people (3 couples, plus a baby) and we were in search of a place in a great location, close to parks & attractions, and a house that could accommodate us all comfortably. The beds were extremely comfortable, huge backyard for games & entertainment, shower water pressure & cute/comfy robes were an awesome plus, and there was a trail within walking distance from the house which was great for morning walks and getting to nearby restaurants. "This was my first time ever using Airbnb so I was a nervous first timer. However, the host, Tia, laid out every step of the process clear as crystal and even had a welcome binder that helped with, quite literally, EVERY step of the process. She was extremely helpful and responsive when I had a scheduling conflict the night before check-in and made the process so smooth I felt like it couldn't be so easy. Overall, as far as this being my first Airbnb, it could not have painted a better picture for this app. The home was immaculate, I drank more Keurig coffees than would be medically recommended and had the best nights sleep with a blue toothed TV and fireplace. A magical start to the season. 10/10 stay, would recommend you give it a try, and will certainly be booking again myself when the noise of the city gets too much."
